The first step is simple, a call to Charleston Cabinets Inc.  Our first chance to learn about your project and schedule a free no-obligation consultation.  This can be either in our showroom or your home.  If in our showroom please bring pictures, measurements, and any existing plans you may have.  If we meet in your home, we will have the opportunity to begin evaluating and measuring your space.  

At this first meeting, we will discuss what’s on your “wish list”, budgets, and any concerns you may have.

Next, our designers begin planning your new space, using state of art software enabling us to present meticulous 3D renderings of our design.  Simultaneously we will assist with the selection process of cabinetry door styles, colors, and hardware.  Incorporated in our designs are exciting options available in today’s cabinetry that allow for storage and functionality like never before.

To top it all off, we present exquisite countertop options, presenting clients with the costs, pros, and cons of the many options available.  Once countertop choice has been made we strongly recommend choosing the exact slab you are interested in, so it can be set aside for completion on your project after the delivery and installation of cabinetry.

Now your cabinetry design is complete and our detailed build specifications have been submitted. In the meantime there is plenty of preparation to be done.   Flooring should be installed, walls primed, ceilings painted, and heat/air conditioning in working condition prior to delivery. If your space is not quite ready, we have the warehouse space to store your cabinetry (at no cost to you.) 

Your beautiful new Cabinetry deserves the best professional installation. This takes time, experience, and expertise. With this in mind, we strongly encourage you to have our team perform your installation.  We oversee the delivery into your home, the installation of your cabinets, hardware, moldings, and appliance panels. And when your project is finished, we will come back for final adjustments and touch-ups to make sure your new cabinetry is perfect. If future adjustments or touch-ups are needed, just give us a call. 

When we scheduled the installation of your cabinetry, behind the scenes we have already scheduled and coordinated for the templating of countertops.  A necessary critical step prior to the final fabrication of your countertops from the slabs you selected.  We then coordinate with builders, installers, and homeowners the final installation of your countertops.    

And last but not least. Now it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy life in your new space.
